We received an extensive public records requests (below) last Friday, right before I came down with covid. I’m back online today and trying to catch up. I initially thought of asking
you to do an email search for the phrase “Aera Energy Master Planned Community”, and Greg thought it better to search for “aera”. The request is for records dating back to as early
as 2002, and I understand an email search will only pull up records in the last two years but we might as well cover all our bases. We have requested an extension on this request, but
if you could provide me with search results by 1/2/23 that would be much appreciated.

To answer your other question, aera should be the only search term needed since it's even part of the other party's email addresses (i.e., "name@aeraenergy.com").

the Notice of Preparation dated May 2, 2007, initial study and any reports associated with the preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Report under State Clearinghouse Number 2007051015),
financial analyses (including but not limited to any records
with Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.), comment letters and correspondence (including but not limited to correspondence with Michael G. Colantuono, Colantuono & Levin, PC, and/or the
Hillside Open Space Education Coalition), as well as any pending applications relating to work proposed or performed at the Aera Site as defined below.
2. All records and/or writings related to proceedings before the City Council, including but not limited to the following meeting dates:
• August 6, 2002;
• December 18, 2006;
• December 19, 2006;
• March 6, 2007; and
• March 20, 2007.
3. All inter-agency records and/or writings related to the Aera Energy Master Planned Community between City staff and staff members associated with the County of Los Angeles, including
but not limited to the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning, the Local Agency Formation Commission for the County of Los Angeles (“LALAFCO”), and/or the Orange County
Planning and Development Services Department.
