We are planning to have a small reception before the 12/6 Council meeting for out-going Council Member Nancy Lyons. This is not a public event and is intended for current staff/council
only. This will be an informal gathering to provide an opportunity to thank Council Member Lyons for her 9 years serving as a City Council Member.
