Subject: Montefino between DBB & Grand
Hi Aaron,
We have received the complaint below:
“Montefino Ave. between Grand and Diamond Bar Blvd. has become a cut through for vehicles. The speed limit is ignored as well as the one stop sign on Montefino. Montefino is a pick up
and drop off site for school buses. Montefino Ave also separates the Montefino Condo Association of which I am a resident. I walk my dog daily on Montefino Ave. There is not a day that
goes by that I don’t witness drivers ignoring the speed limit or the stop sign. I believe that two speed bumps will solve the problem. One speed bump between Grand and Paseo De Terrado
and one speed bump between Paseo De Terrado and Diamond Bar Blvd. should solve the problem. Your consideration will be greatly appreciated”.
We kindly request that you conduct a regular patrols in this area. I would greatly appreciate it if you could notify me of any safety concerns that you might have observed during your
patrol.
Thank you for your support.
