These activities will help to maximize unity of effort, leverage existing regional capabilities, and determine opportunities for future enhancements in cybersecurity readiness. The project will include cybersecurity planning, training, and exercise components supported by Hagerty Consulting as a trusted partner and facilitator. Attached you will find an overview of the project, which includes components that have been specifically designed to enhance regional cybersecurity preparedness, including but not limited to: * Conducting a Cybersecurity Preparedness Survey * Conducting a Cybersecurity Gap Analysis * Developing a Cybersecurity Strategic Plan and Implementation Roadmap * Developing Plans and Response Frameworks that better integrate regional emergency managers into cybersecurity response * Providing a "Cybersecurity in Emergency Management 101" Training Series * Conducting Tabletop Exercises and Regional Functional Exercise You are receiving this email as you have been identified as a key partner who could assist in this region-wide planning effort.
