Little change from yesterday's email. THROUGH SATURDAY: * Wind: NE-E Gusts 30-45 mph, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Isolated gusts to 55 mph. * NE-E Gusts 15-30 mph elsewhere. * Strongest Thu Night through Fri Night. * Humidity: Minimums 12-25% common away from the coast. * Slightly higher over Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. * Moderately poor overnight recoveries Fri Night 20-40%. * Temperature: Highs 55-65 common. * Assessment: Weather conditions will stay below red flag criteria. Fuels remain moist from recent rains.
