With the unfortunate events that unfolded in Monterey Park over the weekend, I felt it necessary that I redistribute this document again. When we wrote this, it was post Uvalde, TX,
knowing that the possibility of this happening near home could be very real. This document will serve as a guiding tool on how to assist in the response to an incident of this caliber.
