Subject: Vehicle camping question - Washington Avenue
Good morning PW and NI team,
Public Information received an online report about someone camping on Washington near Windwood. The report alleges the occupant frequently parks their truck on the street and tailgates
out of it day and night, as well as having drug paraphernalia seen nearby.
Can you let me know what our code says regarding tailgating or activity similar to what is in the photo below? I’ve cc’d Deputy Scheller and Kerr, but I want to be certain what violations
(if any) we would refer the resident to notify Sheriff separate from the report of drug use or drug paraphernalia.
The vehicle may not have a front license plate, but unsure if the vehicle is capable of being moved or not.
