Permit Conditions: -HOA approval for filming is required. -Generator permits required, and must be inspected prior to use. Fire personnel must be present at all times. -Generators may not be used past 10pm, and may not exceed 45 decibels. -Generators shall be screened to minimize sounds/decibel level. -Interior filming and filming on street/sidewalks allowed past 10pm, as long as resident surveys indicate approval. -Street safety lights cannot be turned off. Safety lights can have a temporary screen below light, but cannot be bagged because the high pressure sodium lights will catch fire. Any temporary screen must be removed at end of filming or production will be billed for third party removal. -Residents shall have full access to their properties during filming or be provided with reasonable accommodations. -Residents must be provided with a production contact phone number that is answered by a live person 24/7 hours a day during filming. The production seems fairly large for the residential area, with several vehicles, approximately 80 cast, and requirement of two law enforcement on site. I’ve attached the site map, but production still needs to provide the kWh and decibel rating of the generators. Production also needs to complete a community survey about the hours of filming. Day 1 – May 18 filming from 7am to 7pm Day 2 – May 19 filming from 10am to 3am on May 20 Day 3 – May 20 filming from 7am to 7pm It appears they need to place traffic control signage on Reno Ridge. Production is also requesting full closure of Reno Ridge to Overlook (small cul-de-sac) from May 19 7am to May 20 at 3am. The following are questions I asked production: * Will there be any on site generators, either on premises or on the street with cables into the residence? * Yes, they will have generators on site with cables into the property. Site plan attached. * For the overnight filming, will it be in the residents or on the City's street or sidewalk. * The overnight scenes will take place on the street. * For the road closure what access will be provided to residents in the cul-de-sac? Will production place bags over any "no parking/street sweeping" signs in the cul-de-sac. * Regarding the residents in the cul de sac - they all have private driveways and garages. Local access is always provided when we do full closures. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information so I can get from production.
