For many people, their neighborhood - particularly their block or complex - is a natural extension of their properties, and therefore, the presence of unfamiliar individuals or unusual
activities can cause feelings of unease or mistrust. By being aware of the routine activities that take place around us and maintaining open lines of communication with our neighbors,
we can get better at determining what is normal and what should be reported to law enforcement.
