At 1225 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
near West Covina, moving northeast at 15 mph. This thunderstorm is
capable of producing a weak tornado or strong downburst winds.
HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
