June 7 City Council Meeting to be Held Via Teleconference Only, Future Meeting Location Change
The June 7 City Council meeting will be held only via teleconference because the City Hall Windmill Room, the current meeting location, is being used as a voting center for the California
Primary Election. Instructions on how to call in or go online to tune in and/or submit public comment can be found on the meeting agenda, available at www.diamondbarca.gov/agendas <http://diamondbar
ca.iqm2.com/Citizens/Default.aspx> .
Additionally, it is anticipated that the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) building will be reopening to the public in late July which will allow City Council meetings
to return to the auditorium starting in August. Meetings will continue to be held in a hybrid format to accommodate participation either in person or remotely.

May 2022 Plan Check and Permit Revenues
The City issued 171 building permits and received $158,285 in permit and plan check fees in May. Fees collected included a $28,470 tenant improvement permit for the new Providence
St. Jude medical offices at the Sprouts-anchored center. Last month’s permit activity brings the fiscal year total to 1,688 permits issued and $1,292,082 in revenues, surpassing the
FY 21/22 revenue estimate with one month remaining in the current fiscal year.
