The teams encounter three individuals staying in the area, and two of them are enrolled in services with the USHS Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). The teams will continue to follow-up with the individuals staying in the area. We also came across a community member expressing concerns and provided additional information on the hotspot. He mentioned he has reached out to the city and sheriffs for assistance with this hotspot. We inform them we are actively outreaching these individuals and connect them to services.
