Intersection Construction Project Update
The contractor has completed construction of the precast concrete west tunnel and is moving on to the construction of the east tunnel. In addition, they are currently installing the
new fence along Golden Springs Drive west of Grand Avenue, which has greatly enhanced the safety and security of the area.

Roadway Rehabilitation Project Set to Begin in May
Residential & Collector Streets (Area 2) and Arterial Street Rehabilitation
The project area is situated south of Grand Avenue, west of Diamond Bar Boulevard, north of Pathfinder Road, and east of State Route 57. It will involve the improvement of approximately
12 centerline miles of residential and collector streets with slurry seal, chip seal, localized asphalt concrete (AC) dig-outs, and curb ramp improvements as determined by field conditions
in Area 2. Additionally, the project will rehabilitate Golden Springs Drive from Brea Canyon Road to Grand Avenue with AC grind and overlay, enhanced bike lanes, signing and striping,
and ADA curb ramp improvements.

The Hunt Continues...
This April marks 34 years of cityhood for Diamond Bar, and the City is celebrating with a fun month-long Windmill Hunt. Hunting takes place at your own pace throughout various City parks

Are your little kickers ready to improve their soccer skills? A new session of Kids Love Soccer starts Wednesday, April 26 at Heritage Park. KLS offers classes for parent and me all

Play Ball! Senior Softball Opening Day
Senior Softball held their opening day on April 6 at Pantera Park. Diamond Bar's three teams participate in the Inter-City Senior Co-ed Softball League which is made up of men and women
ages 50+. The league includes teams from Arcadia/Pasadena, Commerce, El Monte, Duarte, and Whittier. The playing season runs March through September, with games starting at 9 a.m. or
10:15 a.m. and lasting approximately 75 minutes at either Pantera or Peterson Park. Come out and support one of the three Diamond Bar teams: Diamond Bar Classics, Diamonds, and the
Rascals!
