FIRE PROTECTION
The City of Diamond Bar is situated among some of the most beautiful native landscape in the region, but which can pose an increased fire risk during the dry summer months. Keeping our
community safe by mitigating risks in advance is of the utmost importance.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACFD) focuses on efforts to educate residents on the importance of preparing for wildfires starting with its annual brush clearance program.
In addition to their firefighting and emergency medical service duties, LACFD personnel are actively involved in special training programs and brush inspections that focus on fire safety
and property protection. The Brush Task Force begins inspection of parcels in brush zones the first week of May. Residents may access fire safety tips and additional information by

On May 22, 2022 the City will be hosting it’s Bridal Show <https://www.diamondbarca.gov/719/Bridal-Show-Information> at the Diamond Bar Center from 11am-3pm. If you or someone you know
is planning their dream wedding, you will not want to miss this special event. This boutique-style show provides an intimate and casual atmosphere that allows you to connect one-on-one
with top wedding professionals. All brides/grooms will receive a reusable tote to collect samples, information, prizes and more. Door prizes will be offered all day long. Brides/grooms
may pre-register for free admission for themselves and one guest! Individual admission is available for $5 pre-sale and $10 at the door. Register online at www.diamondbarca.gov/bridalregister
