A message from the Finance/Admin Section at OEM. If you have damages, please complete. This would also apply to any business, private property or residence.
In anticipation of the storm, we are sharing the template attached in an attempt to gather information for our ongoing situational awareness. The template will be familiar, as it is
our IDE template with some updates.
Please share with your cities, if they wish to share information on any impacts they are experiencing due to the storm. This information will be collected only for info gathering. The
cities can share information if they would like and can update their submission as the situation changes through the weekend.
The information gathered will not go to the State at this point. If the event warrants a formal IDE we will send out communications with the IDE form and instructions concerning deadlines,
etc.
Quick note: The workbook contains multiple tabs. When the cities fill out the PA, FHWA, and IA&SBA tabs the information will appear in the IDE -Summary. Not all tabs will be applicable
to every agency.
