We are still waiting on State guidance on whether the costs for the storms will be separated or treated as one event, due to this we have been updating the IDE on a continuous basis. We have included the IDE template once again for the ongoing storm (starting March 29th) and the storm expected next week. Please update if you are experiencing additional significant damages and submit when ready. Feel free to adjust the date accordingly. If we received a date that concludes the event, we will update you. Any initial damage estimates received at this time will be provided to the State to help with their analysis. If you do not have updates, no response is required. Please see below for guidance regarding the update that is needed: * If your city/agency previously submitted IDEs please provide your updated IDE with the added damages and resubmit your IDE. * If your city/agency did not respond: please submit any new damages starting March 29th * If you do not have any updates, please disregard (no response required). Any Category B costs reported should only include Overtime/Comp time costs. Please ensure that your city/agency is using the updated template attached (or on the email sent on 3/10/23) The cities/agencies are to fill out tabs 2, 3, & 4; tab 1 auto populates (see below). Instructions for IDE updates: The workbook contains multiple tabs that need to be completed. One of the changes made is that the IDE- Summary tab (tab 1) auto populates. When the cities/agencies fill out the PA (tab 2), FHWA (tab 3) , and IA&SBA (tab 4) the information will appear in the IDE -Summary (tab 1). Not all tabs will be applicable to every city/agency.
