Based on that meeting, the film permit for 1123 Flintlock is approved with the following conditions: 1. The front balcony and garage area should be off limits to the filming crew due to their dilapidated state. This permit condition is added to ensure filming/production crew are also aware of this safety related item. 2. If contractor/owner does not secure permits for work being performed on site, City reserves the right to stop all work and filming on premises. 3. There are multiple dates for production starting 8/22/22 through 9/8/22 from 8am to 6pm. Raymond and Justin are meeting with the property owner and the team that will be working on the remodel project this Thursday, August 18. Pending that meeting, we will have more information on their project, which will parallel the filming schedule since it is a reality tv home remodel show. Please let me know if you have any conditions to add to the permit request.
