Subject: UPDATE: Notification of SCE Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) – De-energization of circuit(s)
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (OEM)
Due to current weather and environmental conditions, Southern California Edison (SCE) has started to shutoff power to certain electrical circuits within Los Angeles County on 07/22/2022
at 11:07 am.
SCE is responsible for notifying all customers on the affected circuit(s) to inform them about the shutoff. As a reminder, power will be restored as weather and environmental conditions
improve, SCE crews conduct inspections, any necessary repairs have been made, and only after it is determined by SCE that it is safe to re-energize power lines.
SITUATIONAL AWARENESS RESOURCES:

monitored and de-energized electrical circuits, geographic areas impacted, and the location of pre-deployed SCE customer resources. In addition, the tool and webpage allows individuals
to enter an address, county name, zip code, or place to know if a specific area may be impacted. This resource can be accessed anytime at https://www.sce.com/outage-center/check-outage-status
