Please remember to check off the box under the “Providing Jurisdiction Authorization” section of the Resource Candidate Form. By checking this box, the Providing Jurisdiction Mutual
Aid/Deployment Coordinator indicates that the Providing Jurisdiction has made a good-faith effort to ensure the responding resource candidate(s) listed on this form are qualified to
fulfill the corresponding request and are available for deployment. Be prepared to provide candidate training records if requested.
The Requesting Jurisdiction will select person(s) to fulfill EMMA requests and coordinate all response logistics. Do not take any action to deploy personnel prior to receiving confirmation
of selection by the Requesting Jurisdiction.
