I received a report from the Montefino HOA alleging of an encampment behind 1111 Grand. I visited location and could not determine if it is the previous reported encampment, or if the
person is back.
Sharing the information since I will reach out to the HOA to provide them with background on next steps should they want to place a notice and clean up affected location.

And now that I looked up that address it's the Korean church near Via sorella. I have contacted him before. The church feeds him occasionally and let's him get cleaned up there.

I contacted an Asian gentleman named Ian today. He said he has only been there for a couple of days. I advised him he is on the HOA property and a agreed to move along. Let me know

Team-
I spoke with the representative of the property at 1111 Grand Avenue. According to the report, they’ve witnessed one or two people walking in their parking lot from the green landscaping
above their parking lot, in between the parcels where the Albertsons and private HOA are located off Montefino. Patricia also stated that the HOA’s landscaping is not maintained.
Justin/Ronnie – have you received any calls or complaints about the HOA off Montefino? Do you have a point of contact for the HOA or property management company?
I’m going to try and take a look at the area. I have not received any reports near there, so it is a bit unusual.
