Justin and Ronnie,
Have either of you received any calls from Amanda Currey, the Diamond Bar Villas, or Balboa Management Company regarding the condos around 23420 Sunset Crossing Road?
I received a call from Ms. Currey yesterday and she mentioned there has been a lot of homeless related activity within their HOA with transients using their wash room to wash clothes
since it is not locked. I wanted to compare notes with you in case you've received anything similar or different. Ms. Currey sits on their board, and mentioned that in the past they
signed a letter of agency but if it is current I am not sure.
I explained what the City process is for verifying encampments and working with the respective owner for next steps. Ms. Currey understood that Caltrans is responsible for most of the
area. I also advised her that we are working through the same situation with LA County Public Works Flood Control for the most recent area near Sunset Crossing.
