Nancy A. Lyons was first elected to the Diamond Bar City Council in November 2013 and re-elected to a second term in 2018. She served as Mayor in 2016 and 2021. She also served as Mayor
Po Tem in 2015 and 2020.
Prior to joining the city Council, Mrs. Lyons served two four-year terms on the Walnut Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees, including one term as president.
Previous to that, she was an appointed member of the City's Parks and Recreation Commission from March 2002 through February 2006, serving in various capacities including one year as
chairperson.

I talked to contract law enforcement bureau regarding Nancy Lyons. She was issued an identification card #257 on March 6, 2014.
Please let me know, if she is unable to find it or it was shredded.
