City Council during the public comment portion of the meeting either in person or via teleconference. If you would like to attend the meeting in person, please note that face coverings

gov> by 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting and indicate FOR PUBLIC COMMENT in the subject line. All submitted comments will be shared with council members, noted for the record at the
meeting, and posted on the City's official agenda web page <http://diamondbarca.iqm2.com/Citizens/Default.aspx> as soon as reasonably practicable.
