Excessive Heat Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for the time period from August 31 to September 5, 2022 for the Los Angeles County area. This event has the potential
for high escalation for cascading events. The event could be extended later than September 5, 2022.
An OARRS event has been created for affected jurisdictions, County Departments, and partner agencies to submit situation reports and resource requests.
