THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY * Wind: NE-E Gusts 30-45 mph. Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. * Local NE-E Gusts 15-25 mph elsewhere. * Humidity: Minimums 12-25% common away from the coast. * Slightly higher over Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. * Moderately poor overnight recoveries Fri Night 20-40%. * Temperature: Highs 55-65 common. * Assessment: Weather conditions will stay below red flag criteria. Fuels remain moist from recent rains.
