Sorry one quick clarification. City is covering soda or tea for the event. Alcoholic beverages would need to be purchased by the volunteers.

Subject: City volunteer dinner information
Captain,
I wanted to provide a quick recap of Tuesday night’s City volunteer dinner at Encore Teppan in Diamond Bar. Dean mentioned we have approx. 22 volunteers that plan to attend, plus Sheriff
and City reps. In total I anticipate about 30 to 32, could be more.
Encore will host us in the back room, which can seat up to 27. If we need more room we can use any adjacent booths nearby.
Meet and greet will be from 5-6pm, with dinner starting at 6. I plan to order some appetizers. Volunteers will need to purchase any beverages on their own.
If you get any questions please feel free to send them my way.
