It appears there is a makeshift encampment at the location. I submitted a request to Caltrans (Ticket #927991) and LAHSA’s LA HOP (Request ID: 56048) for outreach.
LA CADA made contact on Monday but had no takers for winter shelter referral.
Let me know if you notice any change at location or have any questions.

Last week it appeared that some unsheltered persons had been either storing or setting up an encampment in-between SR-60 and the northeast park and ride lot off Diamond Bar Blvd. there
is a vegetative area that in the past would be used as an encampment.
I could not determine last week if it was an encampment or storage. If you happen to be in the area and are able to see the current condition please let me know. I will be in town
on Tuesday to verify.
LA CADA will be in town today. I will ask them to make contact as well.
