It has come to my attention that there are updated guidances for cooling centers. The question about indoor masking has come up.
If your city is opening a location solemnly as a cooling center, this guidance must be followed.
If your City is extending hours of operations to an already operating facility(ies), then I’ve been advised that technically they are not cooling centers, they are just extending hours
and your city policy on masking is followed, and this guidance would not apply.
