*** Elevated fire weather conditions across LA county mountains and Antelope Valley today due to very warm and dry conditions combined with gusty onshore winds ***
TODAY :
* Temperatures:
* 70-80 near the coast, 90-102 valleys, lower mountains, and deserts
* Humidity:
* Minimum 10-25% far interior valleys, mountains, and deserts (driest Antelope Valley)
* Winds:
* Onshore wind gusts 25-35 mph afternoon/evening across interior
* Strongest winds across LA county mountains/Antelope Valley
* Isolated gusts to 45 mph across Antelope Valley foothills
* Assessment:
* Elevated fire weather conditions LA county mountains/Antelope Valley due to gusty onshore winds, very warm temperatures, and low humidities
OUTLOOK FOR MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY:
* Slight warming trend Monday/Tuesday and continued dry across interior
* Slight cooling trend Wednesday/Thursday
* Removed thunderstorm chances as monsoon moisture expected to remain south and east
