Public Works crews responded to emergency reports of debris blocking portions of the roadway on Diamond Bar Boulevard (near Steep Canyon Road) and also on Golden Springs Drive (near Sylvan Glen Road). Crews setup traffic control to divert pedestrians and vehicles away from the hazardous conditions and worked to remove debris from the roadway. The affected property owners are working to implement temporary slope stabilization measures to prevent further erosion and runoff, and will later follow-up with corrective work to permanently restore the hillsides.
