The South Coast Air Quality Management District has declared a Basin-wide No-Burn Day for residential wood burning on Tuesday, December 20 and Wednesday, December 21, 2022 due to predicted
PM2.5 levels over 29 µg/m3. On Tuesday, the highest 24-hour average predicted concentration is 34 µg/m3. On Wednesday, the highest 24-hour average predicted concentration is 31 µg/m3.
The attached No-Burn alert will be posted through Air Alerts and will be available from the South Coast AQMD website and the IVR automated phone system. Please direct questions to the
