Diamond Bar Boulevard. Prior proposals to develop the property date back to 2013, and were either withdrawn or disapproved. In 2020, plans for a 4,300 square-foot, two-story residence was rejected due to its size and modern architectural style that was deemed incompatible with the homes in the area. The new proposal is also for a two-story house, but is reduced in size to 2,750 square feet, with a traditional, Craftsman-influenced architectural design that fits the character of its surroundings.
