Unit 3, Diamond Bar, CA 91765 On April 10, 2024 I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the appearance of your neighborhood were observed. Observations: Construction without proper permits DBMC 15.00.120 (Modification inside home) Application Filing DBMC 22.44.030; Zoning Clearence DBCM 22.46.020(a) Improper Use of Property DBMC 22.42; Boarding House DBMC 22.08.020 Requested Action(s): Please submit demolition plans to City and obtain demo permits to restore interior of home to original f/oorplan. Remove all added walls and doors, remove 2"d kitchen. Complete all inspections and final demo permit within 90 days of issued. Cease all "Boarding or Rooming House" means a residence or dwelling unit, or part thereof, wherein a room or rooms are rented under two or more separate written or oral rental agreements, leases or subleases or combination thereof, whether or not the owner, agent or rental manager resides within the residence. Please call Officer Ramirez to schedule inspection. Thank you.
