C/Rawlings moved, VC/Garg seconded, to approve the Minutes of the
February 13, 2024, Regular Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried by
the following Roll Call vote:

7.1 CEQA Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Significance Thresholds Update:
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission
adopt a resolution recommending the City Council adopt the updates to the
VMT thresholds of significance.
There were no public comments offered.
C/Barlas moved, C/Rawlings seconded, to adopt a resolution recommending
the City Council adopt the updates to the VMT Thresholds of significance.
Motion carried by the following Roll Call vote:

CDD/Gubman announced that ACA/Eggart will provide an overview of the housing
laws and other legislation of interest to the City at the March 26, 2024, Joint City
Council/Planning Commission Study Session, which will begin at 5:00 p.m. The
Regular Planning Commission will follow at 6:30 p.m. with one item on the agenda, a
new single family residence proposed at 1200 Chisolm Trail.
