RE: FINAL NOTICE to Correct Violation at: 1952 Evergreen Springs Dr., Diamond Bar, CA
91765
On April 25, 2023 I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued
safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the appearance of
your neighborhood were observed.
Observations:
Landscaping Conditions DBMC 22.34.030(d)
Encroaching within public sidewalks and or Streets DBMC 12.04.140
Storage of debris, materials, trash can in public view DBMC 22.34.030(a);
Requested Action(s):
Please trim and remove overgrown or dead vegetation & Weeds throughout property and
from encroaching within public sidewalks and street along Broken Arrow Dr.
Please continue to maintain every two or three weeks or more if needed.
Store all debris, material, personal items, trash can behind gate or in garage out of public
view. Thank you...

Our goal is to work with residents and business owners to eliminate blight, improve the
appearance and safety of the community, and create an atmosphere which instills pride and a

I will visit your property again on 5/18/23. Your cooperation in correcting the condition identified
above is appreciated. Should the violations) continue to exist, responsible parties will be subject
