Good morning Esmeralda,
Thank you for sharing this information, I will upload it to our website.
Currently there are 4 units attempting to install new AC units; however, I have not given them authorization to access our common area roof because they have not complied with our requirements:
1. Complete and submit the Architectural Application (attached)
2. Use vendor that has been vetted with ASN (Association Services Network) for proper licensing and adequate insurance
The following 4 units have vendors that have attempted to access our common area roof without authorization, or the owner has requested forms/information to comply with our requirements:
1. 23601 Golden Springs Dr. Unit A-11
2. 23635 Golden Springs Dr. Unit B-6
3. 23617 Golden Springs Dr. Unit K-25
4. 23617 Golden Springs Dr. Unit K-18
Is there a place that I can check to see if any of them have obtained a permit or can you confirm if they have?

The licensed contractor can apply for permit by filling out the online application by clicking the link below and attach any supporting documents. The application(s) will be reviewed
by staff and fees and/or review process will be provided via email. Payments may either be mailed to the attention of Building and Safety or by credit/debit card which are subject
to a 2.5% convenience fee.

A changeout of A/C units does require a permit according to the California building code. I’ve copied our permit technicians on this email, as they can better assist you in answering
