Please note that plan check turnaround is 10-working days so we are expediting the review on these plans which is the reason for the delay in responding to you. The plans still have comments that are pending. The plans need to be logged back in to contact the listed applicant for pick up when ready. I inquired on the Home Improvement Program and it looks like they have limited the applications to single family only.
