Greg,
There’s been no formal submittal for the repairs at the above referenced property but we have had a few inquiries from the HOA manager. Victor also met with the owner of the green tagged
unit at the counter on Friday and will be meeting with him at the site today to discuss the process to remove the tag. From the information that Victor gathered from him, the property
owner for the other units that were damaged is not making any effort to address the damage. Victor has been in communication with Raymond regarding this matter.
