I did check and there are no permits for this address but he did indicate that there was only one retrofit on this unit 7-A that required changing and he indicated that per your words
he did not require a permit for retrofit windows. I tried to explain why it is required but he didn’t want to hear what I had to say.

We can schedule this for Monday however he should have everything exposed and should have a permit for the work. Please verify that he has a permit and let him know he needs to expose
work for inspection.
