HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW_ 23601 Golden Springs Dr.msgEsmmy,
The owner for a unit that we green tagged came in on Friday, asking us to remove the tag. I’ll be going out there to inspect it today. From the information I gathered, the property owner
for the units that were damaged during the accident is not making any effort to resolve this. There has been no submittal to B&S, though she has been telling tenants that the city advised
her the process would take 6 weeks. I don’t think there’s been any contact between B&S and the property owner.
Thanks,

Raymond,
This is the apartment complex on Golden Springs that were impacted by the fatal car crash late last year. One of the owners of a unit that was Green Tagged is asking us to go out there
and remove the tag. I remember speaking with you about what a green tag means, and how we rarely use it, but in this case this unit was next to a unit we yellow tagged. According to
the owner, there has been minimal attempt from the owner of the Yellow-Tagged units to resolve this/turn anything into B&S, but the green tag is effecting him as he is trying to sell
the unit.
Is it possible to take off the green tag today, since there is no structural damage to this unit? I would think so, but I wanted to hear your thoughts.
