On May 9, 2022 I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued
safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the appearance of
your neighborhood were observed.
I visited your property again on September 8, 2022 and observed that the following conditions
continued to exist
Observations: STOP WORK ORDER ISSUED
Construction without proper permits DBMC 15.00.120
Application Filing DBMC 22.44.030
Administration Code DBMC 15.00.120(10)
Improper use of property DBMC 22.42
Requested Action(s):
Please submit plans to City and obtain planning approval and obtain all building permits.
1. Illegal patio decks and enclosures and structures
2. Illegal Additions below house, Whole house new windows and new slider doors.
3. New Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Building permits required or Demo Permits.
