My colleague Daniel Kim told me that you stopped by on Tuesday with your clients (property owners) regarding the unpermitted deck structure at 2831 Steeplechase Lane while I was out.
If you’re available next week on Wednesday morning (6/8), we can sit down with you and the owners and discuss next steps for addressing the code case outstanding on the property.
I’ve copied our Code Enforcement Officer, Ronnie, as he is the one most familiar with the case. Please let me know if morning or afternoon is better, and I can attempt to find a time
