The staff report (starting on page 47) includes references to the zoning designation at the time of approval as Rural Residential (RR) and includes development standards pertaining to this lot. There’s no reference to the adjoining lot at APN#8713049019. But the current zoning for this property is Rural Residential (RR) for both lots, so it’s likely that the zoning has both lots have had the same zoning designation since at least 1999. The deed shows a zoning designation of “LCR12000”. This might be the original zoning designation from LA County prior to City incorporation in 1989.
