references to the zoning designation at the time of approval as Rural Residential (RR) and includes development standards pertaining to this lot. There’s no reference to the adjoining
lot at APN#8713049019. But the current zoning for this property is Rural Residential (RR) for both lots, so it’s likely that the zoning has both lots have had the same zoning designation

Additionally, the file includes recorded deed and exhibits from the LA County Recorder’s Office detailing the property. The deed shows a zoning designation of “LCR12000”. This might
be the original zoning designation from LA County prior to City incorporation in 1989. Please reach out to LA County Recorder’s office for clarification on any county zoning designations.
