The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-100 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“I am requesting all documents of incident records or police records related to any of the following, Ajay Wadhera, Henna Hora. I am requesting any and all records from the date range
below. I am also requesting any records related to 911 calls made by Henna Hora or Ajay Wadhera.”
The City has not identified records responsive to your request.
I have been informed by staff that they believe that they have fully responded to your request; however, if you need additional information I will assist you in your efforts pursuant
to Government Code section 6253.1.
