Thanks for your call today. Please let me know if there are any updates needed based on the items you were looking at out in the field. If not, I would like to send the HMMP over to
our CDFW contact for her concurrence.
The restoration contractor got back to me and indicated likely no change in cost with the acreage reductions. He indicated that a reduction in cost would likely only occur by eliminating
supplemental irrigation. For now, I would not advise eliminating irrigation from the HMMP as I think we should keep that option open and hopefully give the plantings/seed mix the best
chance at establishment.

Thank you for the email. We are working hard to wrap this phase of the project up before February 14 and then I’d be able to focus completely on the HMMP. Other than the cost estimates,
was there anything else you are waiting on to update the document? My thought is we set up a large conference call in mid to late Feb with your team and City staff to finalize our
gameplan and the HMMP if you would agree?

Hi Ryan,
I wanted to provide an update on the HMMP progress. I have gone through the document and made the necessary adjustments based on the impact acreage reductions. I also reached out to
a restoration contractor to see if the acreage reductions would result in any notable reductions to the cost estimate for the City. I’m currently waiting to hear back on that answer
and hoping to finalize soon!
