Thank you for the email. We are working hard to wrap this phase of the project up before February 14 and then I’d be able to focus completely on the HMMP. Other than the cost estimates,
was there anything else you are waiting on to update the document? My thought is we set up a large conference call in mid to late Feb with your team and City staff to finalize our
gameplan and the HMMP if you would agree?
On a side note, can Ryan Winkleman give me a call when you have a minute?

Hi Ryan,
I wanted to provide an update on the HMMP progress. I have gone through the document and made the necessary adjustments based on the impact acreage reductions. I also reached out to
a restoration contractor to see if the acreage reductions would result in any notable reductions to the cost estimate for the City. I’m currently waiting to hear back on that answer
and hoping to finalize soon!
