On May 18, 2022 I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued
safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the appearance of
your neighborhood were observed.
I visited your property again on September 9, 2022 and observed that the following conditions
continued to exist
Observations:
Construction without proper permits DBMC 15.00.120
Application Filing DBMC 22.44.030
Administration Code DBMC 15.00.120(10)
Requested Action(s):
Please complete and obtain all building permits and final all permits.
1. Illegal enclosed patio
2. Or obtain demo permit and demo and restore to original footprint.

We were notified that the previous homeowner owned the condo since 1995, but the previous owner
never made the addition. We bought the condo last year and didn't make any new additions and would
like to know if the previous owner was sent a violation notice.
Also, my wife and I recently started a business in Texas so we are currently out of state. Our kids are
staying in the condo and would like to know what steps we can take to obtain approvals and permits for
the enclosed patio. u
