On February 14, 2020, I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the
continued safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the
appearance of your neighborhood were observed.
I visited your property again on February 27, 2020 and observed that the following conditions
continued to exist:
Observations:
Overgrown and dead vegetation throughout property on front and side yards and
encroaching within public sidewalks. Landscaping Conditions DBMC 22.34.030(d)
Encroaching within public streets or sidewalks DBMC 12.040140
Storage of debris, materials, trash cans in public view DBMC 22.34.030(a)
Requested Action(s):
Please continue to trim and remove overgrown and dead vegetation and weeds throughout
property and on front and side yards, and from encroaching' within public sidewalks.
Please continue to restore and maintain landscaping, and keep in healthy living condition.
Thank you for removing commercial vehicle from property.
