Please see Punch List #2 (and photos to be provided by Dick Fisher later today) which is from the “T intersection” and continues to the east towards the staging area. In addition, please see previous items below on Punch List #1 that are not complete and need attention. As a reminder, the 60-day project deadline is this Friday, February 3, 2023 and $1,000 per day liquidated damages will begin Monday, February 6, 2023 for any incomplete work. (If you choose to work Saturday, February 4, 2023 that would be acceptable.) The project team plans to be on site the morning of Monday, Februay 6, 2023 to evaluate the project and follow up on punch list items. We look forward to meeting at that time to walk the trail and assess project completion. PUNCH LIST #2 1. Remove trash and debris at “T intersection” 2. Cut V swale at “T intersection” by at least 3 inches to achieve adequate water runoff from connecting water diverter. 3. Pull back soil at a 2:1 ratio at the bend next to the oak tree. 4. Repair two timber fence brackets near the cut through path 5. Pull back soil at a 2:1 ratio across from gabion wall #2 6. Add rock at velocity reducer at the end of gabion wall #3 7. Repair ALL damaged and incomplete sections of gabion wall #3. 8. Install timber edging at the top of gabion wall #3 and clear adjacent spoils & large rocks 9. Clear tire tracks above gabion wall #3. 10. Replace bottom cage on the end of gabion wall #4. 11. Pull back soil at a 2:1 ratio across from gabion wall #4. 12. Install timber fence near gabion wall #4. 13. Remove all PVC from site, including underground PVC. Remove any cones, caution tape, or water hoses at Peak Court related to the project. Replace fence & post at Peak Court entrance. 14. All spoils and rocks should be removed from the bend just east of gabion wall #4 and trail grade should be returned to original grade. 15. All spoils and rocks should be removed from the bend just east of gabion wall #4 on the “straightaway” and trail grade should be returned to original grade. 16. Install two more water diverters east of gabion wall #4.
