As of now, we intend to walk tomorrow and create a final punch list. Danny continues to state he will be done this Friday which is the final day of the 60-day construction period, since
yesterday was a rain day.
I will be off this Friday, but plan to schedule another walk-through Monday morning with the team to see if we are truly finished. City staff is prepared to remove the unused material
and those are currently at the staging area, so overall I am still confident we will be out before February 15.

Thanks! I’m going to try. My boys seem better but now my wife seems to be under the weather. As long as she is well enough to drop them off on her own in the morning then I should be
there. They start at different times but they get out at the same time at different schools so mornings are always easier in that regard.

Project in the City of Diamond Bar. Although gnatcatchers are known to be present in the area, it is our belief that the project’s avoidance and minimization strategy and proposed habitat
mitigation outweigh the otherwise relatively minimal effects that the project may have on the species, and that the net effects do not rise to the level of the project requiring an
Incidental Take Permit to proceed.
